Does Allphones ship overseas?

Unfortunately, no.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Please check the approximate delivery times from the time the order is dispatched/shipped under Shipping and Returns.

Will I get an email confirmation once my order is placed?

Yes. Once your order is placed, an automated email is generated and sent to you to confirm that your order has been received, including a list of the items you have ordered.

Please note that your credit card details are not sent in any emails from us. Allphones may ask you to provide 100 Points of ID once the transaction has been completed.


How long before I get a reply to my email enquiry?

Currently Allphones receives many requests for information by email, please be patient with us whilst we attempt to answer your enquiry and accept our sincerest apologies for any delay in responding.

Why do I need to sign up for an Account in order to place an order?

Signing up for an account with Allphones allows you to keep track of your order, as well as the ability to view your previous orders placed with online. It also allows Allphones Customer Service staff to quickly search and reply to any queries you may have about your order.
