Does Allphones ship to PO Boxes/RMB Addresses?
Unfortunately, no. As we use Toll to deliver your purchase, we require a physical address and someone present to sign for the delivery.
What happens if I am not present when my order is delivered?
Toll may leave a calling card, requesting you to contact them. Alternatively, goods may be shipped back to our warehouse. In the event we receive the item back from Toll, we will contact you to find an alternative address. Please note, we may charge a re-delivery fee for items sent a second time.
How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Most orders will be delivered to you within 3-5 business days via express courier in most cities and metropolitan areas in Australia. Nothern Territory locations and some other remote areas may take 2 to 3 days extra.
ELF & Warranty - For Online Purchases:
There are 2 types of handset faults; ELF which means “early life failure” fault and a Warranty repair. Both of these fault types are detailed below. Remember that if your handset is faulty after the ELF period, it becomes a warranty repair and will need to be sent away for repair, and will not be replaced unless done so by the repair centre.
ELF - EARLY LIFE FAILURE
(ELF) Early Life Failure means in the event of your new mobile phone failing within the manufacturer’s ELF period, the manufacturer will replace your faulty mobile phone for a new unit* - provided the phone has not been damaged and you return the complete product as packaged, including box, manuals, battery, charger, etc …
Should you experience a fault with a mobile phone purchased online, within the ELF period, please complete a Returns Authorization (RA) at www.allphones.com.au/RA. If you have purchased a phone from a store, please visit the store for them to organise the handset to be returned to supplier for assessment. Once you have submitted an RA, an Allphones Customer Service representative will be in contact to organize a courier to collect your ELF handset. Once collected, your handset will be sent to the manufacturer to assess the fault. If a genuine fault is identified, your handset will be replaced with a new unit, resulting in a loss of data you may have already stored on the phone sent originally.
Please note: Allphones does not replace your mobile phone immediately - it is the manufacturer that will replace your mobile phone provided their terms and conditions have been met.
*For the phone to be replaced by the manufacturer the phone must satisfy the terms and conditions as specified by the manufacturer, and must be sent to the manufacturer for assessment within the ELF period. Please note that the purchase date is day 1. Please read your manufacturer warranty statement inside the box for more information.

WARRANTY
Your new mobile phone has a 12 month warranty from date of purchase provided by the phone manufacturer (included accessories have a 6 month warranty). Should you experience a fault with your mobile phone within the 12 month period but beyond the ELF period, please take your mobile phone directly to a repair centre yourself for servicing. There are several mobile phone repair centres around and most repair a wide variety of brands and models, however you should contact the repair centre to ensure they do repair your particular phone.
Should you be unable to take your mobile phone directly to a repair centre, please contact the mobile phone manufacturer’s customer service help line to make other arrangements for repair.
Refunds/Returns:
For a refund to occur, your handset will first be assessed to ensure no tampering has occurred. Once we are satisfied your handset is still in new condition we will organize a refund, which will be in the form of a cheque sent to your nominated postal address.
Refunds will only be given, at our discretion, for items returned intact in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (receipt), at your cost. You can either email onlineorders@allphones.com.au or contact us on 138000 to make a request to return an item. Please note that any returns accepted by Allphones will incur a 20% restocking fee, and any delivery charges will not be refunded.
